As the Director of Operations, Kathy Fowler is truly one of Keystone's greatest assets, bringing over four decades of invaluable experience to the firm. Kathy's expertise lies in client relationship management, strategic planning, and a steadfast commitment to service excellence.
With a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, Kathy leads our client service and new business teams. She dedicates her time to fostering strong and enduring client relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery.
Kathy is a firm believer in continuous improvement and collaboration, always striving to create a positive experience for both our clients and her team.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys traveling, exploring art galleries and museums, and immersing herself in literature and music. Originally from Kentucky, Kathy has called Tennessee home for the past 16 years and has developed a fondness for East Nashville, Cheekwood, and the Frist.
