A Middle Tennessee native, Houston was raised in the Old Hickory area and graduated from McGavock High School in Nashville. He attended Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 2011. He was licensed as an EA in 2013 and quickly earned a reputation of being a knowledgeable and honest tax professional. In 2023 Houston took a leap of faith and established Clark & Addison Accounting in Mt. Juliet, TN. The firm has a primary focus of tax preparation and planning for individuals and small businesses.
Houston and his wife, Theresa, have three young children. The family enjoys spending most of their free time in the outdoors. Depending on the season, they can be found in the field or on the water hunting, fishing, biking, canoeing, or gardening.
