Carol Ballenger
Carol was born and raised in Nashville and attended Vanderbilt University. She began her career in health insurance in 2013, specializing in Medicare and individual health insurance under age 65.
As a broker, she writes for all the major carriers and does not charge a fee for her services. If you’re better off sticking with your current plan, she’ll tell you. She hopes that you will be happy enough with her services to let her enroll you in the plan of your choice, for which she earns a small commission.
Based on countless conversations, she’s learned that people really dislike dealing with insurance. There’s too much information available, making it all overwhelming. She makes it understandable and guides you to your best decision.
